The "deep state" is not a single entity — it is a three-tier control structure above democratic governance. At the top are puppet masters who direct intelligence services rather than being accountable to governments. Below them, corrupted intelligence agencies have abandoned their ethical charter and now serve those masters — surveilling citizens, running blackmail operations, assassinating threats. Below them, power institutions like defense contractors, the Federal Reserve, and lobbying networks carry out the agenda. The Five Eyes surveillance alliance and Operation Mockingbird's media capture are among the most documented mechanisms. The Israel Lobby / AIPAC and neoconservative / PNAC network illustrate how foreign and ideological capture works across administrations. The word most commonly used for the top tier is "globalist" — a term that is simultaneously a serious analytic category and one that has been abused as a slur, and which this investigation therefore treats carefully. In 2026 that abstraction acquired an institutional address: journalist Catherine Herridge reported that a senior member of the ODNI's Director's Initiatives Group described a pattern in which the intelligence community suppressed information to preserve exactly that worldview.

Citizens know their politicians are not working for them. On the biggest issues — war, the economy, democracy itself — elected officials serve puppet masters. Viral Claim: "Draconians" at the EU Parliament​

A widely shared June 2026 clip, posted by @JOKAQARMY1, claims that "Draconians" — figures from reptilian/non-human-control mythology — were "on display at EU Parliament," asking why they appear to be "holding humans in a box." The video has not been independently verified, and no credible source confirms the literal claim; it is included here only as an artifact of the broader narrative in which unelected supranational bodies like the EU Parliament are imagined to answer to a hidden, non-human chain of command. We make no assertion that the footage depicts what the caption alleges.

Video: Israeli Training of U.S. Police Departments​

A July 2026 clip, circulated by @g0dfr0y, argues that Israeli police and IDF personnel are already involved in training American police departments — naming the Atlanta Police Department and the training complex activists call "Cop City" — alongside the far broader claim that this is groundwork "for when Trump declares martial law" and "allows Israel to take over our government." Video: The "Clean Break" Memo — Theo Von and Professor Jiang​

An August 2026 clip, circulated by @RedPillSayian, has geopolitics commentator Professor Xueqin Jiang walking Theo Von through the 1996 strategy paper A Clean Break: A New Strategy for Securing the Realm — written for incoming Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu by a study group led by Richard Perle that also included Douglas Feith and David Wurmser, several of whom later held senior U.S. Defense Department policy posts. The clip pairs the memo with General Wesley Clark's 2007 account of being shown a classified Pentagon memo describing a plan to "take out seven countries in five years."
