In the video, Owens also references, according to the transcription, that the Secret Service, FBI, and DEA were involved, and that an "Egyptian plane" landed in Wilmington in connection with the events surrounding Kirk's death. She described ongoing efforts to spend "hundreds of millions of dollars" on a "psychological operation to convince people not to believe their own eyes."
