Images moved from the Charlie Kirk investigation

These 45 images are election / voter-fraud material that had been swept into the Charlie Kirk investigation's photo backlog (site/docs/Photos/Unfiled_Backlog/) but are not about the September 10, 2025 shooting. They were moved here on 2026-07-22 so the voter-fraud investigation owns them.

Topics: 2020 Georgia / Arizona / Michigan / Nevada / Pennsylvania / New Jersey / Colorado disputes, Maricopa and Fulton audits, Dominion / Liberty Vote, poll books and voter rolls, mail-in and pre-filled ballot claims, the 2021 California recall, adjudication, and election whistleblower threads.

Files

• manifest.yaml — one entry per image: sha256, title, summary, ai_description, ipfs_cid, original source file, and the Charlie Kirk page it came from.
• <sha256>.jpg — the image itself (filename is its sha256).

Next steps (not yet done)

1. File each image into the matching ../../Details/*.md page (e.g. Arizona claims → Arizona.mdx, Fulton → the Georgia/Fulton page, Dominion rebrand → the Dominion page, Antrim → 2020_Antrim_County_Michigan.mdx).
2. Pin each to IPFS and embed via its ipfs.io/ipfs/<CID> URL, matching this investigation's existing image/video embedding pattern.
3. Apply the defamation rules before publishing anything that names a living person.

Removed from the Charlie Kirk site

On the same date these sha256es were added to charlie-kirk/image_planning/exclude_images.txt, so they get no page and no served copy on the Charlie Kirk site after regeneration. Their entries remain in the Charlie Kirk images/images.yaml (that file is grow-only) but are gated out at publish time.
